- PositivePay — You provide us with your electronic listing of “checks issued” and we monitor against fraudulent activity. “Exception” reports are faxed daily for your “Pay/No Pay” decisions.
- Full Reconcilement — You provide us with an electronic listing of “checks issued” and we take care of the reconcilement.
- Partial Reconcilement — We provide you with an electronic listing of “checks paid” to help with your reconcilement.
- Deposit Reconcilement — We provide a paper listing to monitor and sub-total deposit activity by location coding.
- Check Sequencing — We place your canceled checks in serial number order.
