Select your gift card/certificate.
Once you’ve made the qualifying number of purchases with your check card, click the ‘Gift Selection’ button anytime from December 15, 2009
through January 15, 2010 to select your gift card/certificate.
Follow the instructions and complete the online form.
Finally you will be asked to enter your 6-digit code; your code is the last six numbers of your American Savings Bank Visa Gold Check Card.

are not eligible for participation in this promotion. Qualified purchases are those made in person (authorized by PIN or signature), on the Internet,
by telephone or mail order. ATM transactions are not eligible.
The total number of qualified purchases to receive a gift card is determined after adjustments are made for returns.
Selection of gift card or certificate must be completed online anytime from December 15, 2009 through January 15, 2010, for qualified cardholders.
This offer is valid only to the cardholder with the card containing the last 4 digits as identified on the promotional mailer.
Eligible transactions must be made with the American Savings Bank Visa® Gold Check Card ending with the last 4 digits indicated on the mailer.
Purchases made with any other card do not qualify. Must be a Hawaii resident.
