At American Savings Bank F.S.B. (“American,” “we,” “us,” “our”), protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your Personal Information is important. We may share your Personal Information with third parties who conduct marketing services on our behalf and other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, such as UVEST Financial Services Group, Inc. The third parties are contractually obligated to keep your Personal Information provided to them confidential, and to use the information only to provide the service we asked them to perform.

We restrict access to your Personal Information only to those employees who need to know the Personal Information to provide our products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect your Personal Information.
INTERNET PRIVACY ON AMERICAN’S WEBSITE
American understands the importance of privacy when visiting our website. Our web servers automatically recognize your internet service provider, but not your specific e-mail address. We also recognize aggregate visitor information, such as the number of “hits” on a particular page. We use this information to make our website as useful as possible for our users.
