ASB Kokua Club

In 2007, American Savings Bank employees founded the ASB Kokua Club as a way for employees and their family and friends to volunteer together in the community. Employees organize and participate in various community service projects throughout the year, volunteering with organizations including the Hawaii Nature Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Honolulu, American Heart Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Hawaii Foodbank, and others.

American Savings Bank volunteers help lend a hand at the Friends of the Library of Hawaii book sale. ASB Kokua Club partners with the Hawaii Nature Center to clean up Pouhala Marsh in Waipahu on Make a Difference Day 2007.
Volunteers have fun while helping the Makiki Watershed Awareness Initiative to restore hiking trails in the Maikiki-Tantalus area.
