Get Started with Bill Pay

Step 1:

Log in to Online Banking and go to Payments & Transfers and select "Online Bill Pay."*

Step 2:

Select "Add Payee" and fill out the information of the company or person you want to pay, and click "Save."

Step 3:

Enter the payment amount and delivery date, then click review payment and submit payment buttons.

How does Bill Pay work?

There are two ways your payment is delivered: 1. Electronic: The payment and your payment details are sent electronically from your account 2. Check: If no electronic method is available, ASB will print a check and mail it on your behalf

How do I set up AutoPay or a recurring payment?

AutoPay is a recurring payment. You control the frequency of the recurring payments, and can set when the recurring payment starts and stops. To set up AutoPay, Log in to Online Banking and navigate to Payments & Transfers > Online Bill Pay, then at the top of the page, select Options > Visit Bill Pay Site. Select AutoPay for the payee you would like to set up a recurring payment.

How do I add and pay a new bill?

Payments & Trasfers > Online Bill Pay. Select Add payee, and enter your payee's details and your billing account details. From there, select the amount and date you would like to apply the payment, and select Review Payments. Review your payments on the review screen, then select Submit Payments.

How do I activate an eBill?

AutoPay is the same as a monthly recurring payment. To set up AutoPay, Log in to Online Banking and navigate to Payments & Transfers > Online Bill Pay, then at the top of the page, select Options > Visit Bill Pay Site. Select AutoPay for the payee you would like to set up a recurring payment

Is there a fee to pay bills online?

There is no Online Bill Pay service charge for Kalo Essentials^SM, Kalo Plus^SM, Kalo Deluxe^SM, Biz Essentials^SM, Biz Plus^SM and Biz Deluxe checking^SM accounts. A monthly fee and/or transaction fee may apply to other accounts.

What date should I use for "deliver on"?

We recommend you select a “deliver on” date that is 3-5 business days before the actual due date.
