Yoko Otani has extensive national and international experience in corporate finance, risk management and commercial and investment banking. As a seasoned veteran in the finance industry, she holds nearly 30 years of leadership experience with one of the world's largest consumer banking institutions and is a key advisory for a cutting-edge financial risk management software company focused on innovative scenario-driven strategic business planning, capital and liquidity optimization and risk management.

Yoko has over a decade of risk management experience from serving as a senior credit officer at Citibank’s global commercial and investment bank and advising for the Executive Committee of the Risk Management Association in New York. At the height of the financial crisis in 2009, Yoko supported the nation’s most prestigious financial services companies on risk and regulatory compliance, while serving as managing director of a global financial consulting firm.

Yoko holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and MBA in finance from New York University.
